INTRODUCTION:
Established in 1994, with 30 years exclusive experience, Precise
Engineers (PE) deals in design and manufacturing of sophisticated
Bellows, Expansion Joints, Dismantling Joints, Flange Adopters, Plate
Flanges, Pipeline Spacers, Casing Insulators and has been serving its
customers in core industries mainly in Refineries, Petrochemicals,
Power Generation, Heavy Steel Industries, Cement Plants, Ship
Building, Cross Country Pipelines for gas, Liquid & Water pumping
stations, Ministry of defense, Department of Atomic Energy, Sugar
Industries, Chemical process plants, Paper & Pulp Industries, Dairy
Industries etc.
While Dhruv EPC Solution Pvt. Ltd. (DESPL) is established in 2010
with broad setup of heavy fabrication and machining capabilities.
DESPL has excellent premises for Design and Development working
with highly educated staff. DESPL deals in design and manufacturing
the Guillotine Dampers, Louver Dampers, Diverter Dampers, Butterfly
Dampers, Radial Vane Dampers, Zero Velocity Valves, Dual Plate
Wafer Check Valve etc.
In addition DESPL is having infrastructure ready to accommodate EPC
Contractors/ Detail Engineering Consultants/ IT/ BPO to the to take of
100 persons. In case anyone wants to start their operations in state of
Gujarat are invited under JV arrangements.

� Metal Expansion Joints
We manufacture all types of Metallic Expansion Joints and Bellows as per
customer specific requirements. Our product range includes SS Circular
Expansion joints and Bellows from 200mm NB to 6000mm NB and
Rectangular Expansion joints to any size as per requirement for various
applications and differential pressure temperature as per EJMA.

� Spacer & Casing Insulators:
Casing Insulators are widely used to protect sensitive carrier pipes running under
bridges, roads, cannels & railway lines,

casing pipe.
- Abrasion resistance & less friction allow easy sliding of carrier pipe into

1) Guillotine Damper:
• Also known as slide gate Damper
• Function is to isolate for maintenance/inspection/repair needs.
• Also used for bypass ducts.
• Mechanical elements are blade, peripheral seal, support members,
drive mechanism.

2) Louver Damper:
The louver type of damper consists of several blades mounted parallel across
a duct, with centrally pivoted shafts extending out through a frame and
driven by a linkage. Louver dampers are versatile to handle any application
in the power plant.

3) Diverter Damper:
Although any two dampers can be used to divert flow, Diverter dampers
are a common way to divert a flow of gas from one outlet to another.
Diverter Dampers can withstand with high temperatures. The blade not
in gas stream ,no erosion due to impact of particles.
4) Butterfly Damper:
The butterfly or wafer damper can be a stack damper where leakage is
not important. The butterfly damper is lightweight, simple, quickly
actuated, and low in cost.

5) Radial Vane Damper:
• Cantilevered or center supported radial blades.
• Imparts whirl to medium.
• Possible buffering and vibrations.

Dampers can be provided with a wide array of options and accessories designed to
improve performance, automate operation, provide system feedback, increase
