SERVICES

We provide a complete service for the study and implementation of installations, offering the possibility of

contracting individual services (turnkey). We abide by our mission to ensure maximum compliance with the needs and requirements of our

customers.

Pre-project Analysis of the technical and legal requirements of the project, from the preparation of feasibility studies of

installations, processes, and regulatory aspects (urban planning, environment).

Construction management Preliminary studies and management of aspects prior to the construction of installations: distribution, energy

needs and saving measures, required execution time, fiscal assessment, and engineering study (machinery,

regulations).

Project execution Installation of industrial plants (design, construction, commissioning), automation and process optimization,

and handling of permits and documentation required in compliance with the Labor Safety Regulations.

Quality control Monitoring the materials used in the construction of installations (manufactured / non manufactured -

certifications) and controlling the execution of the work (compliance with parameters and execution time).

End of Work documentation Validation of the installation and verification of its proper functioning. Issuance of certificate for completion

of the work and qualifications.

2 EXECUTION

GECE Clean Room (GCR) Architecture Manufacture and installation of sandwich panels, profiles, doors and windows to be able to design,

supply and install in specific dimensions and as required according to each client.

This allows us to have maximum independence to execute the work on time.

• Reaction to Fire Certificate.

• Vertical Self-supporting Dividing Panels (with different cores).

• Self-supporting Ceilings (with different cores).

• Well-crafted Doors.

• Complementary elements: windows, arch-top windows, skylights, furnishings, etc.

Air Treatment

• We design and size equipment (HVAC), ducts, filtration for air treatment.

• Air Conditioning, Humidity Control, Differential Pressure and Filtration Levels.

•We guarantee the conditions of manufacture according to customer requirements and Regulations (GMP–FDA–ISO)

• We execute the HVAC installation with our own personnel.

Control Systems GECE performs the installation of automations, sensors and probes that monitor and itemize the operating

parameters of the facility, reporting on environmental conditions for safety and good practice.

Electricity and lighting

• We have engineers who are experts in the design of electrical installations in compliance with all current

regulations. Whether in the field of connection with process machines or any installation (electrical panels).

Study, design and installation of LED lighting specific to each type of room, adapting the amount and type of lighting fixtures, being perfectly integrated into the enclosures thereof, bulky booths or laminar flows.

Civil Works and other services To offer a comprehensive Turnkey service, GECE offers various additional services such as:

• Complementary Civil Works to carry out any type of work.

• Specific flooring.

•Metal structures needed to install and locate equipment, make partitions, etc.

•Hydraulic Installations.

Exclusive Equipment We design and install specific equipment for clean rooms,

fully integrated in them.

Laminar Flows

GECE designs, manufactures and installs customized Laminar Flows for handling in specific areas for

production requirements for filling, processing and packaging of products under special environmental

conditions.

Weighing booths

For the correct handling of products according to regulations and thus avoiding contamination in other areas

of the same environment, GECE designs, manufactures and installs ISO 4.8 class weighing booths.

Biosecurity equipment This equipment is to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents or those considered to be a biological

risk to people in laboratories, hospital areas and the environment. GECE has extensive experience in studying

the most appropriate equipment for customer needs in this type of facility.

Air Showers Air showers allow the entry and exit of personnel and materials from areas with different classifications,

being used as a decontamination system with filtered and pressurized air. GECE integrates into its

architectural structure, GECE Clean Rooms, the decontaminating air system, or also, in existing areas, we can

install independent air shower systems made of stainless steel.

SAS Passage Materials

This equipment is used for a correct flow of materials between differently classified environmental zones.

GECE manufactures and installs seamlessly integrated equipment with different decontamination systems

(Filtering, UV and Hydrogen Peroxide).

SAS of Personnel and Materials

All the facilities of controlled environments with zones of different classifications require passage areas, both

for people and for materials. GECE integrates these areas within existing facilities, conducting a feasibility

study.

Specific Furnishing GECE completes the facilities by providing the service of design and installation of furnishings made to

measure and in different types of materials (Resin, Stainless Steel, etc.).

DOCUMENTATION

Validation, Certification and Qualification of the Installation

•At GECE we provide the Validation services of the installations based on all the

current regulations (GMP–FDA–ISO).

• We expedite the certificates of the materials used in the installations carried out by GECE.

• On finishing the Works, GECE provides the End of Works documentation: User Manuals, Materials

Technical Sheets, Wiring Diagrams, As Built plans, Maintenance Plans, etc.

• We have our own Department of Occupational Risk Prevention with a Senior Technician in Labor

Relations, and axillary personnel, where the Health and Safety Plans are drawn up, and the business

activities in preventative matters are coordinated.

MAINTENANCE

Preventative Personalized Maintenance Planning aims to achieve the proper operation of installations and

equipment, as well as to achieve the best energy efficiency. With periodic analysis of the state of the installations and equipment to be maintained, preparing the relevant reports.

Corrective measures A Contract covering the urgent attention to any faults that may occur in your installations and that

require a quick and effective solution.
