How to Bid 1. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] no later than June 4, 2017 with your selections. A bill

will be e-mail to you when the items are awarded.

2. Bid sheets will also be available after each Sunday service in the patio area.

3. Please provide your name and phone number, the Bid #s and the amount you are bidding. PLEASE

PRINT CLEARLY.

4. List of Purchases sheet. You could find a blank form at the end of the catalog. Either print it for your

use or send a copy along with your check.

5. Certificates and tickets will be given to you after payment is received. Remember to bring your

personal calendar and enter event dates!

6. To avoid additional processing fees, we would appreciate if you pay by cash or check. Make checks out

to UUFSD. For your convenience, we also accept Visa or Master Card payments. A confirmation of your

payment will be sent via e-mail.
