You can make up the BasicMuffinsdry part of the mixAND some streusel topping.

Put dry mix and streusel inseparate ziploc bags with thetag: Youre getting MUFFINfor Christmas attached (copytag onto cardstock and fold inhalf. Write your greetinginside).

NOTE: Leave out butter whenmaking up streusel.

Basic Muffins

Mix: 2 c. flour

1/2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt

Add: 1 c. milk

1/3 c. oil 1 egg

Mix dry ingredients with milk, oil, and egg (do not overmixthere shouldbe lumps). Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until

tops spring up when gently pressed.

Optional Extras: 1 c. blueberries.

2 c. mashed bananas, 1/2 c. nuts. 1/4 c. poppyseeds. 1 c. cranberries, 1/2 c. almonds.

Streusel topping (1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c.flour, 2 T softened butter).

Chocolate streusel topping (add 1/3 c.unsweetened cocoa to streusel topping).

2 c. flour 2 1/2 c. quick oats 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. brown sugar

3/4 c. sugar 1 c. chocolate chips

Make cookie mix asdirected. Place in 6 x 9ziploc bag (included). Putcookie mix in bag. Fold label(included) over bag andattach with clear tape.
