Warranty InformationEARMOLD WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Remake Policy: We will remake any earmold within 90 days with no charge under the following conditions:• There is a manufacturer’s defect and a new

earmold impression accompanies the remake request for an earmold made of any material

Remakes made for any of the following reasons will be charged the full cost of the earmold:• Remakes requested after 90 days• Remakes required as a result of damage caused to

mold by over-modification by hearing care professionals• Poor impression resulting in improper fit• Replacement for lost earmoldsPlease note: Custom earmolds cannot be returned for credit.

• Net 30 days• Accounts past due, interest charged at 1.75% per month• Accounts past 90 days will be C.O.D. only• N.S.F. payments subject to a service charge• Rush & shipping charges are non-refundable• Returns/exchanges accepted in original packaging

HEARING INSTRUMENT WARRANTIES

• Loss and Damage Warranty (L&D) — Oticon Canada will replace a hearing aid once within the L&D warranty period from the date of invoice if that hearing aid is lost or damaged beyond repair. If at any time the original hearing aid is found, it is to be considered property of and should be returned to Oticon Canada. A hearing aid that has been replaced under L&D warranty is no longer eligible to be returned for credit.

• All ITEs & BTEs are covered for the first 12 months under the deductible One-Time-Only-Replacement for loss or damage.

• Oticon Canada hearing instruments have 24 month manufacturer’s warranty. International warranty is 12 months.

• Oticon Canada ConnectLine products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

• Children 18 years and under are covered under a no charge 3 year comprehensive warranty (includes repair, remake and loss/damage).

Out of Warranty Repairs All Hearing Instruments — 24 to 60 months $250 12 months

All Hearing Instruments — over 60 months cannot be repaired under a flat cost and will be deemed as non-repairable or be quoted parts and labour upon request

All Hearing Instruments > 72 months are non-repairable
