Day-to-day customer service is provided by your Account Manager, who is supported by a dedicated Customer Services team who is familiar with your account. We have dedicated phone lines where a member of our friendly team will answer your calls within 3 rings. And we’re passionate about providing a high quality service, so you will never be answered by an automated answering service.

We provide you with tailored reports to meet your business needs. These reports are instantly available online, which means you can monitor your business purchases on a regular basis.

Our invoicing system is also very flexible to meet the different requirements of our customers, it can either be saved electronically or printed. Invoices can be viewed and obtained per order or on a monthly basis. We also provide a full P2P solution giving a more streamlined service.

OfficeFleet is our newly formed logistics network. Our fully liveried fleet is managed in house with employed, uniformed, local drivers – delivering what you want, when you need it. With 4 Regional Distribution Centres and 23 local stocking points, we provide a superior level of customer service and fast delivery, no matter where you are located.

Customers are at the heart of our business and we aim for complete satisfaction. Our local, friendly drivers have an extensive understanding of our customer requirements.
