All Tributes are responsible for reading and remembering all Honor Games Tribute Rules.Please see Head Gamemaker Brett Baughman with questions.

Theseare theofficialrulesof TheOhioStateHonorGames. Theyare designed for the benefit of all parties involved, and toensure that The Honor Games fulfills its full potential ofexcitement, friendly competition, safety, and fair play. All ruleswill be strictly enforced and followed by anyone participatingin The Honor Games at any level. Disregarding these rules willresult in the immediate elimination of tributes or persons from

the program or the Games.

Tribute expectations

1. All Tributes are subject to be advertised byThe Capitol through posters, chalk, videos,and any means deemed appropriate.

2. Must meet for interviews and set training/info sessions

3. Must follow Game-Maker instructions atall time

4. Must Participate in The Honor Games(March 2, 2013)

5. Must follow all Honor Game Rules

6. Must represent Residence Hall with goodspirit

Arena Guidelines

1. Use what you’re given, and be as creative aspossible.

2.If it appears to be part of the Arena, it mostlikely is, but be aware of edge barriers and donot cross them.

3.Anything mentioned in The Hunger Games trilogyhas the potential to be in the Arena

4.All climbing of structures or trees isprohibited

5.Destructive behavior within the arena towardsother tributes, nature, or structures will resultin immediate elimination and removal from thegames

in-Arena Guidelines

1. No physical contact between tributes

2. Please do not use swears or vulgarlanguage

3. No poor-sportsmanship

4. Do not interact with the Camera Crew orGamemakers

5. Gamemaker word is law; there is no arguingor debating with a Gamemaker

6. In the case of emergency, alert the nearestGamemaker

Life

1. Each tribute, upon the start of the games, isdesignated one life

2.Tributes may collect, or harvest, anysupplies, tools, or other items belonging totributes they eliminate during gameplay. Noother third-party tributes may participate inthis harvest. All un-harvested items will bereturned to the cornucopia for any tributeto use

3.A tribute is susceptible to elimination at alltimes, unless under special circumstancedesignated by Gamemaker

4.All tributes are to play with honor, goodsportsmanship, and to the best of theirabilities at all times

elimination

1. A tribute is eliminated if he or she suffers adirect hit from another tribute’s elimination tool

2.A tribute is eliminated if he or she is assassin-eliminated (The removal of a flag from his or herbelt)

3.When a tribute is eliminated, he or she mustreturn directly to Head Quarters in Sector Alpha.During the travel time between the point ofelimination and the Head Quarters, the tributemust place both hands on top of his or her headto signal that he or she is eliminated and out ofthe game and cannot talk to any other tribute

4. If two tributes eliminate each other atapproximately the same time, both tributes areeliminated

1. A resident is only allowed to register tovolunteer as tribute once

2.Any person involved in The Honor Gamescannot disclose information about the gameswithout Gamemaker approval or consent
