Artifi ciallighting is responsible for around 20 percent of worldwide power consumption. Working really accurately: Manufacturing line

It is particularly in the automobile industry that most work-places are located on manufacturing lines and assembly lines. Here there are a large number of tiny little parts need to be assembled and inserted precisely and with tight clear-ances. Even larger components are fitted with small con-nection elements – so being able to see properly becomes especially important.

OSRAM provides intelligent solutions for lighting on manu-facturing lines , which are particularly impressive with op-timum light distribution, light color and high levels of ener-gy-efficiency. Correct light distribution prevents interfering reflection causing glare on shiny surfaces, for example, and thus makes the manufacturing tasks easier. Intelligent light management systems make it possible to operate light scenes and light groups in a multifunctional manner, and allow highly flexible adaptation of the light to meet indi-vidual requirements at all times. In many cases we need to manage without daylight in ware-houses - however, sufficient lighting for daily working is of essential importance. Because synthetic light is becoming one of the largest energy consumers in warehouses, espe-cially energy-efficient solutions are required here.

ENCELIUM – the completelight management system at building level – allows you toachieve maximum energy savings, short payback timesand considerable improvements in workplace lighting.When applied with user-friendly 3D software and freely-addressable switching and dimming functions, ENCELIUMgenerates optimal light quality at any time and in anylocation, without using more energy than necessary.Thanks to the combination of daylight and presencesensors, a variable load distribution and the presettingof the lighting level and operating time, energy savings of up to 75 % can be achieved. For this purpose, ENCELIUMcan be integrated into the existing building managementsystem.

e:cue light management systems are the best choice ifyou wish to implement comprehensive LED-based archit-ainment lighting. As the leading manufacturer for therealization of high-quality and dynamic lighting solutions,they ensure that all lighting projects are presentedprofessionally.

Street Light Control (SLC) is the perfect light management system for street lighting. SLC allows the regulation of in-dividual light points and the programming of need-basedlighting scenarios.
