History: More than 160 years of experience

• Oschatz est. 1849 in Meerane, Germany

• The 1st steam boiler is beeing built in 1880

• 1st La Mont boiler is produced in 1933

• Dr.-Ing. Hans Schrag joins Oschatz as

Head of engineering in 1936

• Expropriation of the company in 1945

• Dr.-Ing. Hans Schrag re-establishes

Oschatz in Mannheim, Germany in 1948

• Relocation of Oschatz to Essen, Germany

in 1951
