Focus Money Manager is Here
Focus Money Manager, your new money management tool, was made available to
members in October 2014 and the response has been incredible! Focus allows members to view all their financial accounts in one place without having to remember different usernames and passwords for multiple sites.
If you haven’t tried Focus yet, now’s the time to take a look for yourself. If you currently use Online Banking, you already have access. Simply log-in to your account and click on the Focus icon at the top of the screen. Then add any account you want to see – mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, checking, savings, and investments. If you don’t have access yet to Online Banking, visit your local branch to get started.

Introducing the Interactive Teller Machine
Remember when checks were new? How about when ATMs were first introduced? In November, ORNL Federal Credit
Union introduced a new way of banking to members at the Oak Ridge Branch with the installation of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). The goal is to increase service levels and enhance the member experience. ITMs combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a live teller.
We are proud to be among the first financial institutions in the area to provide this service. To fit the growing needs of our members, our North Knoxville Branch will also have ITMs installed in the first quarter of 2015. We encourage all members to stop by the Oak Ridge Main or North Knoxville branch locations to try out the new ITMs! Members will find that deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments are now easier than ever!
Because you asked and we listened, we are also updating existing ATMs to take deposits.* No envelopes required! Slide your check or cash into the ATM and your deposit is instantly made. ATMs now taking deposits include our Oak Ridge Branch walk-up, Middlebrook Food City Branch, Maynardville Food City Branch, and West Branch location drive-up.
*Subject to ORNL FCU’s Funds Availability Policy.
Mobile check deposit, Focus Money Manager integration, and quick balance viewing are all part of the new ORNL
FCU mobile banking app!You are always on the move and so is your credit union.
That’s why we are excited to give you a new and improved mobile banking app experience. You can deposit checks, review
your budget, and see just how much is left in your checking account all while sitting at your kitchen table. New and additional features will also be introduced in the coming months, all to help you develop a healthy relationship with your money!
The updated ORNL FCU mobile banking app will be available to members as early as February 2015.
