Unique Sweater Industries Ltd. & Oriental Wool Wears Ltd.

We have expanded our business with the instigation of Unique Sweater Industries Ltd. which is one of

the garments manufacturing units of Bangladesh established in 1995. Oriental group has inflated their

business into a 100% export oriented garments sector which is main foreign currency earning source in

Bangladesh. After that in 2004, we started another unit name Oriental Wool Wears Ltd. with 500

machines and around 1000 workers. Since then the company has gradually developed its knowledge,

skills and abilities to perform efficiently and effectively throughout various countries.

Oriental Abasan Ltd.

Oriental group has planned to extend horizontally and also vertically all over the country with an effort to

provide affordable housing property by introducing Oriental Abasan Ltd. In last two years, we have

attained some land properties in prominent places near Dhaka City. One of the major land projects of our

group is Oriental Dreamland which is situated near the heart of the city, Aminbazar . Our aim is to be

the industry leader in providing real estate products and services with appropriate emphasis on

environment, society and customer's satisfaction.

Oriental Power

Furthermore, we have enlarged our group with a new trade named Oriental Power who is the sole

distributor of AIRMAN Generator made by Hokuetsu Industries Co. Ltd . in Japan. Hokuetsu

Industries Co. Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturer companies who are developing and marketing

portable Air Compressor Generator, Engine Generator, Scissors Lifter, and Mini-Excavator for more than

70 years since the foundation 1938. They have built up their high level achievement to develop air energy

of clean "AIR" which is environment friendly and safe energy.

OG Elevators Ltd.

We are also the one and only distributor of IFE Elevator under the company named OG Elevators Ltd.

in Bangladesh. As a leading company in elevator field, IFE is one of the first group members who got the

national class-A Certificate (the highest elevator certificate in China) of elevator manufacture,

installation and maintenance. In 2000, IFE has passed ISO9001: 2000 Management System

Certificate, issued by DNV. IFE elevator has been running over 28 countries around the world recently

for their high demand in infrastructural sectors. Moreover, IFE is number one elevator distributor in

Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and many other countries as well.

Oriental Autos

Oriental Autos is another venture of Oriental Group. Inaugurated in 1995 Oriental Autos has been astrong seller of both brand new and reconditioned vehicles. Oriental Autos is one of the leading names in

car business in the country. Initially the showroom consisted of a space which allowed few numbers of

vehicles to be displayed but with time, we have increased our display space into two showrooms and thus

enhanced our business into an immense accomplishment.

Radio Circle

The company has numerous numbers of planned projects along with many others ongoing projects. We

are emphasizing on environmental and eco-friendly projects. Now we are planning to implement a new

innovation of eco-friendly Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) products for the first time in Bangladeshunder the name of Oriental Eco Woods Ltd .

Branding and Marketing Opportunities

We will indulge into cross-branding activities with our strategic partners, which will include highlightingour strategic partners brands using our website , we will also publish newspaper ads (eg. in DailyProthom Alo) which will contain the logos of our strategic partners at least twice every year.

Subsequently, we will undertake bulk SMS campaign, email marketing, brochure etc promoting ourstrategic partners brands.

Initial budget for the promotional activities for this program will be BDT 8 to 10 Lakhs (approx) , the budget cost does not include BillBoard ads .

How It Will Work

Our clients will receive a Privilege card from Oriental Group, upon displaying which, will make them

eligible for receiving certain unique privileges from our strategic partners. The terms and conditions of

the entitled privileges are subject to discussion and negotiation between Oriental Group and its Strategic

Partners.
