Your notebook should be a composition book.

Only use it only for Spanish.

Always date and title what you write.

3. Vocabulario (Vocabulary)

Setting up the notebook Write your name, course, period, and teacher on

the outside cover of your notebook.

Contents, front and back, starting from page 1. Write the numbers in the same place ( for

example, lower outside corners.

Making use of the notebook Review your notes and vocabulary daily. Review homework and class work by self-quizzing. Use vocabulary lists for Vocabulary Activities. Review quizzes and tests to make corrections for

retakes.

Making Use of the Notebook You will be responsible for maintaining an

organized notebook. You will be given periodic notebook checks that

count toward your grade. Keeping materials from Spanish 1 class will assist

your success in Spanish 2.

Other materials for class Students are advised to keep the following materials

on hand for in-class and home assignments: Pens (dark blue or black and red) Highlighter Colored markers and colored pencils Tape, scissors, glue or glue sticks index cards Loose leaf notebook paper Personal sharpener (for colored pencils)
