EVERY ORGANIZATION DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS A UNIQUE CULTURE, WHICH PROVIDES GUIDELINES AND BOUNDARIES FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
