Text Message/ SMS
Text messaging, or texting, is the exchange of brief written text messages between two or more mobile phones or fixed or portable devices over a phone network
EmailAlthough email is not brand new, there are definitely new and innovative ways of accessing this tool remotely and without the usage of a computer.
Eg-Yahoo Mail•Gmail•Hotmail•Wndows Live etc
Website
A website, also written as Web site, web site, or simply site, is a set of related web pages containing content such as text, images, video, audio, etc. A website is hosted on at least one web server, accessible via a network such as the Internet or a private local area network through an Internet address
Blog
A BLOG is a Web site on which an individual or group of users record opinions, information, etc. on a regular basis.
Voice /Video CallThe capabilities of cell phones have continued to increase since their introduction in the late 1980s. In addition to basic text messaging and wireless phone conversations, many cell phones enable their users to send and receive email, pictures and recorded videos.
Social Networking Sites
A social networking service is an online service, platform, or site that focuses on facilitating the building of social networks or social relations among people who, for example, share interests, activities, backgrounds, or real-life connections.
Eg:- facebook, twitter, flickr..etc..
Instant MessagingInstant messaging (or IMing) enables users to communicate with each other on the Internet via short written (or sometimes spoken) messages delivered almost immediately after the content is created.
Eg-MSN, Yahoo messenger, gtalk, skype…etc..
Voicemail
Voice-mail (also known as voice message or voice bank) is a computer based system that allows users and subscribers to exchange personal voice messages; to select and deliver voice information; and to process transactions relating to individuals, organizations, products and services, using an ordinary telephone. The term is also used more broadly to denote any system of conveying a stored telecommunications voice messages, including using an answering machine.
