Fasset Sector Survey 2016Employer Questionnaire

INTRODUCTION

We obtained your details from Fasset's database of employers who are operating in the Finance and Accounting Services Sector.

Underhill Corporate Solutions has been commissioned by Fasset to conduct a large sector-wide survey, which is undertaken by the SETA every 5 years. The results of the survey will be used to determine the most critical skills development challenges, as well as to inform Fasset's skills planning and prioritisation of resources in the sector.

Your experiences and views are important to Fasset, so we would like to request your participation in this survey. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

All information collected will be used for Fasset's internal research purposes only, and the information will not be shared with third parties. Fasset will not process your personal information for any purpose other than that which is identified above, or without obtaining prior consent for further processing.

By completing the questionnaire, you agree to give Fasset your personal details. However, responses will not be processed on an individual basis, but rather compiled and analysed collectively, thus making this questionnaire completely confidential.

Thank you in advance for participating in this important survey.

If you have any questions regarding the questionnaire, please contact Biggie at [email protected] or (011) 476-8570, or Eddie at [email protected] or Crispen at [email protected] or (012) 751- 3237; fax number: 086 639 8976.
