In the July 10th newsleer, we shared that we were almost at 80% of our hospitals subming VTE and HAPU data. We are ex- cited to announce that we now have over 80% of Oregon PfP hospitals subming data on those measures. Now that we have over 80%, we need to focus our efforts on meeng the 40% reducon goal. Keep up the great work and be sure to ulize the HRET Change Packages that were recently updated. You can find the updated 2014 topic-specific HRET Change Pack- ages on the HRET Website (www.hret-hen.org). Once you are on the homepage, click on the focus area of interest on the Leſt Hand side of the page and you will be able to download the change package. If you have any trouble, contact your Improve- ment Advisor. Important Reminder! Monthly PfP Data Entry Please be sure to use the updated PfP workbook each month to enter your data. You can find the most up- to-date workbook on the Apprise portal under your hospital name. As a reminder, the workbook is posted on the 15th of each month. Aſter the 15th, log on to the Apprise portal, download your updated workbook, enter your newest PfP data, and upload your PfP workbook back to the portal.     Exciting Update on Oregon VTE and HAPU measures!

    In the July 10th newsletter, we shared that we were almost at

    80% of our hospitals submitting VTE and HAPU data. We are ex-cited to announce that we now have over 80% of Oregon PfP hospitals submitting data on those measures. Now that we have over 80%, we need to focus our efforts on meeting the 40% reduction goal. Keep up the great work and be sure to utilize the HRET Change Packages that were recently updated.

    You can find the updated 2014 topic-specific HRET Change Pack-ages on the HRET Website (www.hret-hen.org).
