Job Title Order Taker
Purpose of job To handle all incoming room service food & beverage orders in a
timely and efficient manner.
Main task
• To execute all mise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed on time,
according to the predetermined standards.
• To handle all food & beverage orders and requests as per the predetermined
standards and sequence.
• To assist in organizing and arranging !" guest amenities as directed.
• To monitor and control the delivery and clearance procedures.
• To have thorough kno#ledge of the menu, drinks list and #ine list and to be ableto respond to guest inquiries and to up-sell appropriate food & beverage items.
• To carry out cashiering functions and to balance cash float at the end of each shift.
• $ssist in the administration of the department by completing the necessary forms
and documents in a timely and accurate manner as directed.
• %esponsible of cleanliness in the #ork area.
• andles customer complaints #henever possible, or reports them to supervisors.
