Allow for the provision of the following insurances for the works in accordance with the Condition of Contracts
Allow for provisons of Performance Bond of 10% for duration of construction of the works
Allow for mobilisation of all necessary tools, equipment and personnel site, inclusive of working platform or pontoon barge and necessary mooring or anchoring equipment for safe operation
Allow for all safety and Personal Protective Equipment required for the workforce including that required for working over water
Allow Provisional Sum of $50,000.00 for the supply and installation of signs as per Engineers instructions
Welfare and sanitary facilities, installation of temporary services, false work, platforms, boat, tenting for protection of works and removal on completion of contract.
Allow for modification to property fence and entrance canopy so as to create access for equipment & make good on completion
Allow for taking all precaution to avoid any damage whatsoever to existing infrastructures services.
Allow for providing samples of material proposed to be used in the Contract which when requested by the Engineer shall be furnished without delay.
