Are there times when your internal recruitment team just can't seem to catch up? Do you experience seasonal peaks in hiring and occasionally struggle to handle these workload demands? Are you looking for alternative models to sending overflow work out to recruitment agencies? Orchard provides additional resources to power up existing internal recruitment teams. We mirror your own recruitment processes and our trained consultants are invisible to the candidate and operate under your own brand as a true extension of you. We set up and train our staff to recruit for you in advance and when required, act on your behalf on an "On Demand basis”. We can send you recruitment consultants for flexible periods of time or simply agree to fill a certain amount of jobs for you to deadline and once the project is finished, we simply disappear until you need us again.

This model will suit companies who would like their entire recruitment process handled by Orchard but whose hiring numbers are between 30 – 60 hires a year and do not merit a full time recruitment consultant on-site, on a full time basis.Our pricing for this service is also a fraction of agency cost, per hire. We operate offsite teams for this model from Orchards office in Sydney or Melbourne CBD. Again we only operate under your branding and there is no sense that a third party is involved. We apply a dedicated phone number to each client and all candidate calls are answered in our clients name. Our recruitment consultants are supported by a scalable team of other consultants and researchers in our offices. We also offer full training and upskilling support for Hiring managers and ( Geographically dependent) we sit in on most face to face interviews on behalf of our clients HR teams.
