• In 155 of 186 schools have a Crisis Response Team
• 15 schools have had their staff trained in Verbal only Techniques

escalation strategies to entire school staff to assist in handling the most difficult Situations

CPI• Follow U p– A survey is sent to the participants 3 month mark
– A review session is scheduled the third Wednesday of every month for all participants at their 6 month mark
– All participants have to attend a refresher at their 12 month approval date to maintain approval

Continued District Wide• PCM – Currently trained 173 people– Only used in our intensive sites– Each one of our intensive sites has a monthly
follow up with a PCM instructor• CHAMPS– Currently have trained 19 schools – All schools who use CHAMPS have review day
