The topic of animal neglect is a touchy one across the nation. We seemingly bindtogether over a universal love of animals and a wanting to help them wherever wecan. My father Tony Vanetik himself has a passion for helping animals and is oftenfound volunteering in that fashion.

4Life Animal Rescue in Orange County does a wonderful job of assisting in the careof animals in the area, giving medical assistance, offering adoption services,facilitating training and education courses while relying on volunteers and fundingfrom the community.

Located in Irvine, Corazon de Vida strives to help abandoned and neglected childrenprimarily in northern Mexico. While the United States has a social system to lendaid to children in these circumstances, Mexico lags behind. Corazon de Vidaprovides financial help to charities that exist within Mexico under their care to helpthe children who require assistance. By donating, your money goes directly tohelping children who have been abandoned or abused, allowing them to live afulfilling life despite their social and economic conditions.

If you’d like to get hands-on, Corazon de Vida also organizes chartered bus trips toallow volunteers to help children directly and spread love through sharing personalexperiences and creating small crafting projects.
