Initiate trades gradually, typcially with a half position of 12.5% of equity. Full portfolio could include 8 to 10 high-quality tradees.

Great positions could be increased to 25% of equity. In exceptional cases, we might increase the position to 40% of equity.

We reduce market risk by compensating longs with 25% shorts when appropriate.

We hold cash when opportunities arising in the market do not have an expected return of at least 15% annually.

Our trades are intended to be held several weeks, while our investments are to be held several months or years.
