TRANSCRIPT
Business Need
The customer was using FMW version (11.1.1.3), a version which Oracle Product Support did not support, as a result of which several issues with the product remained unresolved
Purging was not occurring as expected and the database had grown exponentially, due to which data retrieval slackened and began impacting the business
Sub-optimal responsiveness of SOA Enterprise Manager under heavy load led to frequent server re-boots
Server start-up time was very high
There was also the challenge of monitoring transactions and components which were not unified
Additionally, the current version of FMW had a high memory footprint
Technology Platform
Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c
Oracle SOA Suite 12c
Oracle OSB 12c
Oracle BAM 12c
OEM 12c
