I qisisera saver la contraccion de would es I´d ?? x ejemplo esta bien I ´d discover a cure for a cancer Actualizar: Estas son las oraciones completas If I lived in hawaii, I WOULD (quiero saer q significa si n oesta el would like) GO to the beach every day. If I were a doctor, I´d discover a cure for cancer. I would like to eat that cake: me gustaría comer esa torta I would eat that cake: me comería esa torta (va a seguirle un "pero"), but I'm on a diet to lose weight (pero estoy a dieta para perder peso) Con "would like" lo que hacés es combinar el "gustar" (del like) y el "ría" (que implica el "would"). I would go to the cinema tonight but I'm feeling really sick, maybe if I get well... Oraciones de would y would like?cual es la diferencia siwould like significa me gustaria y would???I would go to the beach every day = en esta oracion no lleva like como se leeria en espaol?I qisisera saver la contraccion de would es Id ?? x ejemplo esta bien Id discover a cure for a cancerActualizar:Estas son las oraciones completasIf I lived in hawaii, I WOULD (quiero saer q significa si n oesta el would like) GO to the beach every day.If I were a doctor, Id discover a cure for cancer.I would like to eat that cake: me gustara comer esa tortaI would eat that cake: me comera esa torta (va a seguirle un "pero"), but I'm on a diet to lose weight (pero estoy a dieta para perder peso)

Con "would like" lo que hacs es combinar el "gustar" (del like) y el "ra" (que implica el "would").Pero cuando est junto a otro verbo lo que va a necesitar es de un "pero" porque ests diciendo que "haras tal cosa", pero, por qu decs que lo "haras" y no lo hacs? porque no pods, entonces ah es donde va a tomar parte el resto del contexto, por ejemplo:I would go to the cinema tonight but I'm feeling really sick, maybe if I get well...(IRA al cine esta noche PERO me siento muy enfermo, por ah si me mejoro...)

*aclaro que el "pero" (but) puede ser cualquier otra palabra que implique contraposicin o impedimento de lo anterior, por ejemplo: "if (si), then (entonces), unless (a no ser que), etc".

I'd en la mayora de los casos significa "I would" pero ten cuidado porque eso no significa que no pueda ser "I had", por ejemplo:"I'd gone to the market yesterday" yo haba ido al mercado ayerpor qu no es "would"? fcil, por la estructura, cuando tens "would" va a estar seguido de un verbo en presente simple "I would go to the market" (ira al mercado...), tendra que ser "I would have gone to the market" (hubiese ido al mercado...) para que sea una situacin en pasado y emplee un verbo participio como "gone".Bien would es el pasado de will, no te confundas mas adelante veras para que se utiliza.Y pues cuando tu utilizas would con un verbo , al verbo se le agrega la terminacin aPor ejemplo: I would like----Me gustaraI would go ----IriaI would travel---ViajariaI would sleep---Dormira, y asi pues..Y si Id es la contraccin de would pero tambin de had, asi que ten cuidado , en el contexto espero que lo entiendas.Espero que te sirva.I would like to go to the beach = Me gustara [I would like] ir a la playa.I would like a glass of water = Me gustara [I would like] un vaso de agua.

If I lived in Hawaii, I would go [o, I'd go] to the beach every day = Si yo viviera en Hawaii, ira [I would go to] a la playa cada da.

If I were a doctor, I would [o, I'd] discover a cure for cancer.

Entonces, si fuera posible, I would [o I'd} si es algo que te gusta, I would like.

La contraccion - I'd like a glass of water. I'd go to the beach if I could, I'd discover a cure if it were possible.

Would you like a cup of tea?Te gustara una taza de t?

Would you like to come over to my place to watch a movie?

I would like to be with you (me gustara estar contigo).Would you like a cup of coffe? Es algo asi como "Me gustaria" Digamos dices I would like to take a ride "Me gustaria tomar un paseo., algo asi xD

Would prefer - Would rather

Roberto me pregunta sobre las expresiones: would prefer and would rather.

Veamos algunos ejemplos:

Ejemplo 1:I would prefer to go out. [ai gud pref tugouaut]Preferira salir.

Ejemplo 2:I'd rather stay here. [aid rader steihiir]Yo preferira quedarme.

Ejemplo 3:She'd prefer dancing. [shid prefer dansing]Ella preferira bailar.

Ejemplo 4:Would you rather sleep or stay awake? [gud iu rader sslip or stei ageik]Preferiras dormir o permanecer despierto?

Nota:Would ratherlike no es lo mismo que would rather.I would rather likesignificaMe gustara mucho.

Ejemplo: I'd rather like a cold beer.Me gustara mucho una cerveza fra.

Algo ms sobrewould rather:

Podemos decir:

Ejemplo 1: I'd rather you spoke in English.Preferira que hablases (o hablaras) en ingls.

Ejemplo 2:My brother would rather we didn't go home.

(1)sujeto +would rather+ (2) sujeto +past tense

Ejemplo 3:She'd rather you worked.

Por ejemplo decimos: If Iwererich, I wouldn't work.Si yofuera/fueserico, no trabajara.

Hola Soy Sherkano!

I dont like significa No me gusta pero hay un error en la oracion, falto poner el It

I dont like it = No me gusta.

I dont like dogs.

Por ejemploNo me gusta bailar: I don't like dancingNo me gusta tu automovil: I don't like your car.No me gusta l: I don't like him.

Love, like, hate and prefer.

We love cooking.(Nos encanta cocinar).

She likes swimming.(Le gusta nadar).

I would like to dance.

I hate to tell you that you are wrong.

She likes dancing.Le gusta bailar(habitualmente)

We prefer walking to climbing.(Preferimos caminar a escalar).

En ingls, no podemos omitir la palabra "perro" en esta misma frase"my dogs are the black dog and the brown dog".Hay que sustituirla por "one", as que la frase finalsera:"my dogs are the blackoneand the brownone".
