VO: This video gives you an overview of the Options Exercise and the choice which eligible members will have to make. VIS: Shot moves down as a statement and calculator appear on screen.VO: You can also use the Options Exercise calculator on the scheme website to see how different retirement ages and lump sums could affect your decision.

VIS: Shots moves up into the clouds as text appears on screen.VO: Please read all the information carefully because this is an important decision that you will have to make.

VIS: Further text appears on screen.VO: You might wish to speak to an Independent Financial Adviser to help you make your choice.

VIS: Sky continues to rise. A reply slip falls into an envelope and the envelope seals. The envelope flies off screen.VO: Once you have decided, fill in the reply slip and return it in the prepaid envelope before the deadline shown on the statement.

VIS: Calendar icon appears and flaps in the breeze.VO: The deadline will be some time in December 2014.

VIS: Shot moves down and a speech bubble appears.VO: So what happens if I can’t decide or if I don’t reply in time?

VIS: Shot rises into the sky and a cross appears over the calendar.VO: If you don’t let us know your decision by the deadline...

VIS: A statement appears on the screen.VO: ...then you will move into alpha on the enrolment date shown on your statement, rather than from the 1st of April 2015.

VIS: Shot moves down and a speech bubble appears.VO: So what happens if I change my mind?

VIS: Shot moves into the clouds.VO: You won’t be able to change your decision once we’ve received it, so please think carefully about what the best option is for you.

VIS: The alpha logo animates onto the screen along with the website address.VO: The website contains more information on everything covered in this video.

VIS: The sky fades out as the Civil Service Pensions logo and disclaimers fade in.[End of video]
