Model: This is a model of the 4 products Kambal Pandesal products namely Ensaymada, Pan de Pizza, Pan de Pimiento and Pan de Choco España. Their 4 common main ingredients are listed too that are critical to the business. This model maximizes the profit contribution of all the products.
Results: Based on the constraints or the available supply that was shown in the diagram we can conclude that focusing the ingredients on the Ensaymada will yield the most Profit Contribution among all the products. In addition, if there would be one more of the Pan de Sal Mix, we would be able to increase our profit by almost 18 pesos. The amount of Pan de Sal Mix can be increased. If this would happen we would have more profit based on the Sensitivity Report shown in this Model.
