    any rotational position on the

    shafts.

    Bluetoothcommunication

    The measurement principle

The RS5 sensor contains two XL HD position sensitive detectors and

a MEMS inclinometer to precisely measure the exact position of the

laser beam as the shafts are rotated.

    Continuous SWEEP measurement

As shafts are rotated, hundreds of readings are

automatically taken to precisely calculate the

alignment results. Measurement can start in any

direction with the sensors at any position.

    Alignment results in 3 steps:

    Enter dimensions

    Rotate shafts

    Display measurement result

    For industrial use

OPTALIGN smart RS5 integrates a Bluetooth module

for convenient and flexible wireless data transmission

from the sensor to the computer.
