Current deficit and common sense

Although LCC does have this deficit and clearly, over thelonger term, the College / University will have to address this,the current climate of extremely low interest rates implicitlyprovides the opportunity for careful planning regards how bestto deal with this, without the necessity for knee-jerk reactions.

This sum also does NOT represent a significant sum of moneywhen compared to the total income of the university andcollege and the huge sums of money the university has agreedto spend on the Kings Cross project.
