GLOUCESTER PUBLIC SCHOOL P&C ASSOCIATION - Meeting 27/07/2021

Meeting opened at 7:04pm Attendance: As per attendance book Minutes: Previous meeting minutes read and moved to be correct Moved: Ruth Seconded: Katharine Business arising:

• Plaques are done and on the seating. • Wonder White bread bag promotion finished, and the bread bags have been sent off. • NAIDOC cancelled due to covid – hot dogs from NAIDOC day to be sold on various sale days. • Letter for the auditor still to be done for the Canteen volunteers.

• Thank you, Erin and Jamie, for the rack in the uniform shop to display stock. • Erin asked about what to do with the invoices now – all invoices are to be paid by the signatories of the

banking only. • All in favour that Erin changes the password to the LW Reid account. All in favour. Carried. • New cupboards – school to buy and Trevor to attach 4 points of cupboard to existing cupboard. • Ruth moved a motion to keep all uniforms at the same price, all in favour – carried.

• Sock fundraiser – discussed options around how we would make this work for our school – decided that if we were to do a sock fundraiser then we would do it similar to the pie drive and each family would be given an order form with all of the colour and size options.

• Winter raffle tickets to go out asap, with trailer load of wood as first prize, Sally to donate wood and Hannah to donate use of trailer. Second prize and third prize to be $50 and $25 Mid Coast shop cards. All tickets to be in by 19th August.
