• Objective : Energy Conservation &Increase the stability of water supply pumping systems.

Emergency water reserve increased from 6 hours to 20 hours & Reduce electricity costs about ฿13 million per year

• Current Status : Detailed design is in progress, Construction is planned to complete by the year 2011
