TERROR CLUB AND SWIMMING

• We recently had several injuries at the Terror Club Pool

• One intoxicated individual injured himself while trying to dive off of the steps into the pool

Two children were injured while playing around the edge of the pool

Page 30: OPNAVINST 5100.12 SERIES NAVY REGION SINGAPORE TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAM

• Excessive drinking and not vigilant enough about monitoring patrons

• Parents not monitoring children’s activities plus a lack of vigilance by life guard staff

• Life guards and club staff need to partner with each other to watch for overly intoxicated patrons

• Parents need to be vigilant in watching children.
