Product Design:• Many customers designed their own bottles and merely contracted the Production

Process Design:• Production process began with compounding.

Stretch-Blow Molding:• The preform are produced with the necks of the bottle.

temperature.

Injection Molding:• Cap and the plug are produced.

• A rotating screw pushes the raw material into a barrel.

• The molten plastic is then injected into the cavities

of the mould.
