Objective of Using Delphi
• Delphi technique or method is basically a interactive way of getting forecasts from a panel of expertise of their field work and they also are anonymous to each other by conducting 2 or more rounds independently.

Literature review
• INTERNET BANKING: exploratory research, taking interviews, important in banking sectors
• Biased Delphi Decision making : qualitative and quantitative,6 Delphi survays, variables probablity and desireablity, not completly eliminated but reduced.

Methodology
• In our current research we used the qualitative approach of research. We interview as a team about the Delphi Method and interviewed some officials from First Vice President to remittance officer. We conduct our research by asking certain questions by which we can elaborate our outcome. We visited Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) Shaheed e Millat Road, Karachi. The core problem we want to identify that the Delphi method was using in MCB bank or not.

Findings
• Unaware of Delphi technique.• Unachievable targets due to lack of
communication.• Unhappy and de-motivated Employees.• Unsatisfied customers.

Conclusion
• According to our research which is based on exploratory research (interview based research) we conclude that MCB has lots of peoblems to deal with mainly their employees (lower managment) is not involve in any type of decesion making as well as the top managment wont take any feedback from them, the uncertanity is high, workers are demotivated as they hardly get any increment or bonuses and work load is huge. The customers of MCB also has many issues regarding their poor structure thats why bank has the highest turnover rate and the number of baddets is increasing. Beside all that the delphi is applied in business unit (branch) level.
