Evaluation 85 points (100)• Relevance: 18 (20)

+ very relevant, fully reflects objectives of the call, brings together almost all Baltic countries and relevant regional organisations– ”clearer information could have been provided on the added value that the project will bring

to the existing HELCOM-VASAB work”

• Added value: 17 (20) + involves authorities and organisations directly involved in MSP, case studies –clear added value, builds on earlier experiences – as above

• Methodology: 12 (15)+ well described, links up well with the on-going processes, leasons learned to be taken up by authorities, data needs and handling are broadly covered.– data needs could have been detailed– Involvement of NGO not very clearly explained

18th of March 2015

Baltic SCOPE Partner kick-off meeting Gothenburg 18-19 March 2015

Evaluation• Means of implementation: 12 (15)

+ resources seems to be adequate, cost effectiveness addressed through back-to-back meetings

– establishment of a closer link between the assignment of the task and the budget

• Project management:13 (15)+ structure clear and well defined– Would have benifitted from inclding also an explanation on the risk management

• Dissemination with visibility: 13 (15)+ well planned and structured, good visibility and outreach to stakeholders– existing language barriers could have been part of the risk managment

2. Month 7-12: Identification area of – Workable, specific issues to be dealt within project time

(conflicts or synergies)– Stakeholder views on given issues in the respective

3. Month 13-18: Solutions to the identified topics4. Month 19-24: Conclusions on cross-border planning

Should be done by lead partner
Tomas Andersson
Perhaps organise a bigger comprehenciv stakholdeder workshop when planers group has presented ther proposed ideas? We could use this as a big consultation meeting were also the thematic groups meets once to give input in the process. Presenting final results could be done at another occasion
