the world's largest integrated sports equipment

supplier. Established in 2010, Taishan Ruibao

Our frames are the perfect combination

between Ultra High Modulus carbon fibers

and CARBON NANO Technology. By adding

nano carbon into nano tubes, this increases

cohesion and strengthens the cabon structure.

This methodology makes each frame tougher,

longer lasting, fatigue resistant, and structurally

sound. What’s not to like about that?

Carbon Nano Technology

All frame manufacturers seek ways to eliminate

voids in their carbon, decreasing chances of

fracture and failure. We are, after all, in the

business of keeping you safe while you ride.

But how many frame manufacturers can say

that they have in-house research centers? We

have three! Testing and verifying our carbon

nano technology decreases empty space within

the material and is therefore less likely to crack

or break due to impact or time. Aditionally, our

CARBON NANO technology increases

toughness againsts impact and fatigue by 20%

over other carbons and 40% over standard resin

technologies.

What is Air Wing Resin System (1.4Mach-R)?

Through computer simulation analysis, our resin

system can satisfy 1.4 Mach Speed — the same

requirements as a fighter jet. We built models

to compare bicycles to fighter jets, and

identified corresponding areas where carbon

experiences resistance and stress. From our

findings, we successfully developed our unique

Manufacturing Process

Years of research and collaboration with China's

Aviation Institute has resulted in our current

frame layup structures and designs. We conduct

both whole product tests and key point analysis

when considering which material is best suited

for each frame. This helps us to achieve a level

of carbon bike frame products and components

that are comfortable yet tough, durable, and

high-quality.

3D Printed Prototype

It is a sign of the times that we use 3D printing

technology in our new product prototype

during the R&D stage. Rather than tooling

expensive molds to cast a prototype frame or

component, we simply print it out on our 3D

printer. Then, we can test, analyze, and make

improvements to the model and print it again

until our design is precisely where we want it

to be. Only then do we undergo tooling product

molds. These savings are then passed onto you

when our final product becomes a reality.

Layup

All of our frames and components are unique

because we use different prepreg modulus

application in the layup process. Since different

parts of the frame require different strengths

and toughnesses, we apply different prepreg

modulus layers to build a frame that behaves

the way a rider wants and ensure a consistent

base layer. We select the best materials

to achieve the ultimate combination of weight,

strength, toughness, and flexibility.

Ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology

is an economical and environmentally friendly

way to check the quality of our frames and

components. It is quick, accurate, light weight,

convenient, and harmless to humans and the

environment. Ultrasonic testing allows us to

penetrate our finished products with accuracy,

locating any void or defect within the carbon.

Taishan Ruibao uses this technology in any new

product development and production to ensure

the highest product quality. We also have a

salt water test chamber to measure the effects

of corrosion and paint longevity.

Born for Competition – A Higher Vision

Our all new 29er hard tail mountain bike is

especially designed and developed for

competition. It is a light-weight, extremely stiff,

very sensitive full carbon frame, which will

exceed all performance demands of competition

riders. In its first year of production, the M5,

our lightest 29'' frame, won the national

championship in China.

100% Ultra High Modulus Carbon Fiber

Our 29'' frame is made of aviation grade high

modulus carbon fiber. It possesses great shock

absorption properties with high stiffness, low

intensity carbon fiber. The R&D team at Taishan

worked together closely to develop the best

possible high competition mountain bike. We

conducted tests on each frame size to find

specific customizations for the sizes we

manufacture.

New Tube Design Offers Improved Riding

Performance

Our designers conducted finite element

analysis, comparing tubes of the same length,

and then changed the intersection surface to

an oval shape. Testing in multiple environments

helped achieve better results for frame fatigue,

stiffness, and strength.

Integrated Tapered Head Tube

The integrated tapered head tube dramatically

increases stiffness and torsional strength. High

quality carbon and finite element analysis

contribute to increased frame rigidity, which

improves rider confidence.

Wide PressFit Bottom Bracket

Our wider five port bottom bracket design

increases tube diameter to provide stronger

torsional rigidity. Your energy and pedal stroke

are transferred into the drive train more

effectively, thus giving you more watts per

rotation.

A Wider Chain Stay Yolk

To meet the needs of professional riders, we

widened the chain stays to shorten the distance

from the five port bottom bracket to rear drop

outs. This also helps avoid mud build up and

ensures the rider's performance.

Internal What?

Our full carbon, full suspension 29/27.5+

mountain bike comes with an internal rear

shock. This lengthens the life of a very

expensive piece of equipment by keeping it

protected from grime. The easy-off skid guard

gives you access to maintain or pump your

shock on the go. This beast is Fox Live Valve

compatible, with patented Octalinnk, and has

a low center of gravity that will keep the rubber

on the rocks.

We knew our first full suspension mountain bike had to be special, so we had

Steve Domahidy (Niner and Viral) design us a unique, internalized rear shock,

full carbon beast. This boosted, low center of gravity, Di2 and Fox Live Valve

compatible trail blazer features 135mm of travel. Switch modes between 29”

or 650b to customize your trail experience, and enjoy features like, internal

cable routing, double H2O bottle mounts, slack head tube angle, and short

chain stay. Besides the protected internal rear shock, our new “scissor” link

mechanism turns the simple single pivot design into a stiff rear triangle that

insures the shock is not carrying any side loads. The scissor link also controls

FB-19 Electric Bike

We have been approached by countless electric bike manufacturers and asked

to design their frames. The US is finally catching up with Europe when it comes

to eBike interest, so it’s time we offered an open model eBike for your private

labelling needs. Our FB-19 has an oversized bottom bracket shell for a range of

motors, and a down tube that will accommodate batteries of all sizes. The FB-19

finally gives eBike manufacturers the flexibility they need without designing a

custom frame that requires custom molds. Counterbalance the additional weight

of a motor with the light weight of carbon so that commuters can easily lift their

bikes onto trains, or up the stairs.

The chain stays are the most important frame

tubes for evaluating power transference.

We paid special attention to our aero frames

and optimized their stays. Using high-grade and

aviation grade prepreg carbon, we ensured high

strength, technical performance. Power starts

and sprints are focused, efficient, and fast.

UTSS Slim Seat Stay

The high strength slim seat stay design reduces

the overall weight of our aero frames and

improves shock absorption. Rough roads ride

smoother while decreasing rider fatigue.

Integrated Tapered Head Tube

Designed using high end finite element analyses

and built with aviation grade carbon, the

integrated tapered head tube dramatically

increases the strength and torsional rigidity,

thus the ride quality.

PressFit30 Bottom Bracket

The PF30 5 port design perfectly integrates all

drive train components. A bigger shell design

and special layup improves the horizontal

strength, pedal stroke control, and overall

efficiency.

Hidden Internal Cable Routing System

Our frame's design hides the brake and

gear changing cables inside, making the

appearance sleeker, provide better protection,

and decrease drag.

Innovation Exclusive Seat Tube

The innovative and exclusive aero seat tube

uses a stronger cone structure design than

other frames. It is light weight, with better

aerodynamics, providing better stability and

power transmission.

Integrated Seat Tube Locking Device

Our seat tube locking technology abandoned

the traditional clamp ring fastening collar,

utilizes a more secure, hidden pinch clamp. This

dramatically improves the frame's whole

appearance, aerodynamics, and convenience.

re-CYCLE

This might blow your mind, but our newly

redesign aero road bike is made using carbon

and resin that can be recycled. We have a

special formula and work with a company who

can separate the carbon from the resin after

the life of the frame so that the carbon and

resin can be reused. Oh yeah, and it has an

integrated headset, shorter stays, longer reach

and zippier feel than it's predecessor, the FB-12.

Our open model aero road design has complete internal cable routing inside

its wing shaped tubing. The tapered headtube and sleek tapering toptube

offer rider comfort and frame compliance. The forked seatstays, bridged by

brake mount, meet the seat tube well below the seat post, redirecting road

noise away from the rider. Fork and post are included. Wind tunnel inspired,

This single-speed has a sleek and sculpted aerodynamic design. Integrated fork

and seat post included. Alloy bottom bracket, fork dropouts and rear dropouts.

Seat tube wraps around rear wheel, downtube with custom shape. Simple,

Our full carbon mountain bars have a 6° backsweep and a zero rise. The

31.6mm bar bore is standard on all sizes. These stiff bars are not

just important because they are lightweight, but as your touch point to your
