ADD NEW GROUPS 1. Click on Create member groups in the right corner of the picture.

2. A new page appears where you configure the new group. In the first step you can

decide the selection type. You can choose from two different options: a) Single selection: Select if members can be grouped in only one sub-group = option not in several sub-groups = options of this group. b) Multiple selection: Select if members can be in several sub-groups = options of this group.

Note: The selection type cannot be modified after saving the group for the first time.

3. Fill in the title and description to find the group later.

4. Options are the subgroups of a member group. In our example the group “company” has options “Acme Ltd”, “Ajax Corporation”, “Blue” etc. Members can belong to a subgroup e.g. “Acme” or “Ajax Corporation”. You can add options and delete existing ones.

5. For each option, you have the possibility to add an ID. The ID is used for your rules

engine and for Google Analytics. Please note you can set the ID only once and cannot modify it later. You can leave the field blank and fill it later.

6. For each option (= subgroup) you have the possibility to send the data to Google

Analytics by ticking the box next to the member ID. In order to configure Wellmo groups to be available in your GA for the first time, please be in contact with your Project Manager.

7. Remember to decide if you want this new grouping to be visible in the member list

page. If it is not essential to be seen at a fast glance, then it can be hidden and only used in the search function.

8. Click “save”. Then you can find the new group in your member group list. You can

always go back and edit existing groups.

ADD MEMBERS TO GROUPS

1. You can add members one-by-one to groups or subscribe multiple members at the same time to one or several groups.

a) Subscribing one member: Go to the member list, search for the member you want to subscribe to a group, edit his profile and save with the new grouping.

b) Subscribe several members:

If you want to subscribe several members to one or multiple new groups, the fastest way might be to import them with an excel file. Subscribe existing members to a group: - Go to the member list and click the button “Add members”, choose “Import

members from a spreadsheet file” and download the example file. - Fill the file by entering in the first column the email address and in the following

columns the groups you want to subscribe them to. - Click “Continue”. Untick the box “Send invitations” and tick the box “Edit

existing members”. Double-check if all your members are existing already and received an invitation.

- Click the button “import”, now all the members in the list are subscribed to the groups you have entered into your sheet.

Import new members subscribing them to the correct groups: - Go to the member list and click the button “Add members”, choose “Import

members from a spreadsheet file” and download the example file. - Fill the file by entering in the first column the email address and in the following

columns the groups you want to subscribe them to. - Click “Continue”. Tick the box “Send invitations”. If some members in your list

have been uploaded before, you can tick the box “Edit existing members”.
