4. CLOSING THE OPEN HOUSE A. Check all the windows and doors make sure they are locked B. Keep the doors locked while you are wrapping up so no one sneaks in C. Check the oven - turn it off if it is still on D. Check the garage and make sure it is all closed up including entry doors / windows are locked E. Lock the door behind you F. Gather all sign in sheets - make note of any comments G. Prepare feedback notes for owners H. Make phone calls to thank for attending the open house and thanks for the feedback I.
