CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PROCEDUREComplete the enclosed conference registration and optional event forms and return them with credit card information or check payable to AGC of California or by fax to (916) 371-2352. Registrations cannot be processed until forms are properly completed and all monies are received. Members and their spouses/guests must register for the conference in order to participate in the optional events (except Thursday’s Spouse Program). Registration is also available on-line at AGC of California’s website at www.agc-ca.org. Conference registration includes entrance to the Thursday Keynote Lunch Speaker, Thursday Education Workshops, Thursday Welcome Reception, Friday Reception/

AGC CANCELLATION POLICYIf you need to cancel, you must notify the AGC offi ce in writing by October 5, 2009. No refunds will be issued after that date. A $25

handling fee per cancellation will be retained on all cancellations. Alternate/substitute registrants are encouraged after October 5, 2009.
