La Palmichala Project 2: Location Town of Remedios, Department of Antioquia, Country of Colombia, Continent is South America. While driving to La Palmichala located in Remedios we encounter no problems. Occasionally there was a slowdown in traffic from a rock/mud slide or a group of pack mules. The drive time from the City of Medellin to Remedios is approximately 4 hours 22 minutes. The driving scenery is straight from a fairytale book full of roadside villages full of traditional life, wide open plains and mountainous terrain. The highway often followed the river.

On your drive to the site major quartz veins lay uncovered from road work done by construction companies. Small scale gold mines are spread throughout the countryside. Military soldiers are station in key locations with a strong presence. We observe the military positively interacting with local people (while driving you could give a thumbs up to the soldiers and they would do the same. As we entered Remedios we got great food, checked into our hotel (clean and new) and went straight to La Palmichala Mine. We begin our first of three days investigation. Our first approach is to monitor the town people interaction with us and how we are able to move about freely. Then we dive head first into the fabric of what is going on inside the company, management, corporate structure, psychology of the decisions, technology uses, legal issues, financials, personnel, geological outlook, logistic, production and the future of the concession.

La Palmichala Project 3: Current Status La Palmichala mine is located at a distance of 300m (328yd) from the town of Remedios and only 100m (109yd) from the main paved road. La Palmichala is a hard rock extractor and currently processing 5 - 10 tons per day. La Palmichala concession is located 350 meters (382 yards) away from the Santa Cruz Project of which owns the surface rights of La Palmichala. In other words the two concessions share the same land but are two separate operations. La Palmichala has numerous gold veins interception with extremely high grades ranging from 10 to 30+ grams of gold per ton. La Palmichala miners are very experienced in underground mining, tunnel construction, mineral processing of gravitational and chemical processing. Next to the main operation is a 7 room office with complete facilities. The entire workforce is local people many of whom is second and third generation miners. The management is superb in their technical knowhow and political connections. All the workers stay at home of which is excellent to save on housing and food. La Palmichala Project 4: Description

Even after 150 years of underground mining the Town of Remedios is literally imbedded in prime gold fields. La Palmichala Mine has been in existence for 150+ years. The mines have passed down several generations. There underground mining ability is legendary. The entire town seems to have mining in their DNA with highly skilled miners and well diverse craftsmen associated to the mining industry. Current rail tunnels of the

mine were built during the last 150 years (it has been straightforward to confirm the grades, to do sampling, and to verify the general conditions of the mine). 8 to 12 kilometers of

tunnels have been constructed with some repair work needed. Major gold veins have been

clearly identified (avoiding a big expenditure in exploration).

Infrastructure is great and in ready to use condition. Onsite there is an office with seven rooms, kitchen and other full facilities. Complete a secure explosive storage facilities, which need some modern upgrades needed.

CCOONNSSOORR IINNTTEERRNNAATTIIOONNAALL

Property has excellent road access, strong security control, and the is properly connected to the national power grid. Community offer an outstanding environment for mining, clean water, sanitary food,

medical facilities and a local airport. Extremely qualified miners and support professionals and craftsman. Other mining companies are already established and producing.

La Palmichala Project 5: Immediate Requirements The mine will require technical upgrade, technological and modern equipment to improve and increase production. The mineral processing and refining will undergo a serious overhaul. Currently a local company does the processing for all the local mines keeping in excess of 10+ grams per ton and profiting more than $2 million dollars per shipment. Part of the investment will include our own fully operated processing plant. A small refinery will be located on site. La Palmichala Project 6: Particulars The project has many advantages making La Palmichala Project an absolutely positive and attractive mining project. La Palmichala is currently producing, the current owner is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward, the town of Remedios is a mining town with highly qualified professionals and the grade often exceeds 10+ grams per ton.
