ONSITE GLOBAL CONSULTING Flexible models Fall 2020/21: 9 week consulting engagement run virtually Spring 2021: 9 week consulting engagement run virtually Spring 2021: 14 week engagement (when travel is possible) includes 2 weeks of project-related travel Cost effective results High-touch support Clients pay project and travel related costs (when travel occurs) For virtual projects, a flat fee based on company revenue is requested to cover project- related research and programming costs ($5K, $10K, or $15K) We work with you/your team on scoping a project appropriate for the time-frame and structure We select teams of 4-6 MBA students to work on your project We assign an experienced Tuck advisor for quality assurance throughout the project
