Trang Nguyen is an artist, an innovator, and a world-renowned leader in the nail industry. Polished by 21 years of professional experience and international competition, Trang is a master of his craft, and uniquely qualified to instruct those who aspire to high achievement in nail artistry.

During the course of his illustrious career, he has been awarded over 230 trophies. His triumphs in the nail arena include four World Championship titles, Top of the Universe Champion, two Grand Master Championships, U.S. National Champion; he is ranked US National competitor # 1again in the past 2 consecutive years, and captured three National Grand Champion awards in Australia. Though he is still competing, he has taken the time to groom other promising nail artists into top-notch competitors who are now sweeping industry awards worldwide.

Trang got his start working in California as a nail technician. Driven to develop his skill, he quickly earned his certification as a Licensed Instructor under the California State Board of Cosmetology. Following his passion, he embarked on a creative odyssey that would one day give rise to a cutting-edge product line—and shape him into a champion.

During his first six years as a Licensed Instructor, Trang devoted most of his time to his family's business and helped to build its reputation. The success of this Vietnamese owned and operated beauty school was largely due to Trang's effective training strategies and uncompromising standards. It was not long before others in the industry began to take notice. Particularly among Vietnamese nail technicians and salon owners at that time, Trang was a rising star.

Trang is most famous for his exceptional nail artistry, but his training skill as a Master Educator is also unsurpassed. The knowledge Trang has acquired through years of competition and the benefits of his experience as a world class instructor are now available to those who want the best in tool design, product quality, and technological innovation. ONS helps nail professionals create outstanding results—faster, and more efficiently than ever before.

Focused on expanding his training program, he set out to share his knowledge with a wider audience. In 1994, he moved to Orlando, Florida where he saw great potential—a chance to elevate the local nail scene to new heights. Over the past eleven years, Trang's guidance and expert instruction have transformed Orlando's nail technicians into award-winning nail artists! In 1999, seeking to raise aesthetic and educational standards in the industry—he took his

commitment to another level. Having already spent most of his career accelerating the evolution of nail art, he took his ambition a step further by developing his own superior product line—Odyssey Nail Systems.

The ONS system has been well-received throughout Europe and the United States and has attracted the attention of premiere cosmetology schools in Russia, Japan, and Korea. ONS continues to gain popularity as people worldwide discover Trang’s state-of-the-art products, winning techniques and dynamic approach to education.
