The detection, preservation and investigation of electronic proof or evidence which can be used to defend the company in the event of the possible criminal liability is known as COMPUTER FORENSICS.
This discipline is basically divided into 4 major phases or processes, which can be carried out either independently or consecutively, according to the company's needs.

Explaining the different tools for analysing evidence (Computer forensics) in each phase of the process in order to be able to prevent and/or minimise the criminal liability of the legal entity
Checking the legal validity of each one of the procedures, explaining the caution that must be taken regarding employee privacy so that the adopted measures are efficient
