1. WHO IT IS INTENDED FOR AND WHY

Who is it intended for?

For companies which have understood the importance and need to be protected against a possible criminal liability for the company, using tools to analyse evidence, specifically:

Systems directors, IT departments (internal and external), External suppliers responsible for managing information systems External suppliers responsible for managing security of information systems Legal firms interested in offering criminal liability services to legal entity

in the Communications and IT area.

Why?

Because one could be the victim of a computer crime. Because the entity could commit a computer crime and could be criminally liable as legal entity.

2. INTRODUCTION TO COURSE CONTENT

The detection, preservation and investigation of electronic proof or evidence which can be used to defend the company in the event of the possible criminal liability is known as COMPUTER FORENSICS.

This discipline is basically divided into 4 major phases or processes, which can be carried out either independently or consecutively, according to the company's needs.

It is important to know the law and its implications in order to be able to prevent/minimise the company's criminal liability

The phases in Computer Forensics go from prevention up to the application of evidence in proceedings

3. OBJECTIVE

Establishing the measures for analysing evidence in relation to article 31 bis of the Spanish Penal Code

Explaining the different tools for analysing evidence (Computer forensics) in each phase of the process in order to be able to prevent and/or minimise the criminal liability of the legal entity

Checking the legal validity of each one of the procedures, explaining the caution that must be taken regarding employee privacy so that the adopted measures are efficient

5. METHODOLOGY

Courses are offered through an interactive platform (Webminar) where users and professionals are online

There are two options:

F)Courses can be viewed and listened to, on the online platform, at any time, without needing the online explanations of the professionals teaching the course

H)The courses are taught directly by professionals, a space being kept for commenting on topics.

In this case, a request can be made to do the course either following a timetable, which can be agreed upon, or by scheduled sessions which the users can connect to
