HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER (FOR WEB ONLY SPECIALS & SUPER VALUE PROMOTIONS)

1. If you know the product name and/or SKU number, you can find it simply by typing in the information and click Search. You will also see a link at the top right of the navigation menu, hover your mouse pointer on EXTRA SAVINGS to see all the Special deals.

You can also explore by clicking on the website welcome page features which will highlight special promotions.

2. The EXTRA SAVINGS menu will allow you to access Web-Only Specials, New Products, Super

Value and more.

3. For example, clicking on Super Value Specials on the Welcome page will take you to the Product Store > Specials > Super Value & Pantry Packs subcategory. You will see a listing of all Super Value promotional products and their summarized details, points and pricing.

Click on the name of the product to see the product information page.

Click on Add to Cart if you’d like to buy the product.

If the promotion allows a customizable combination, click on Add to Cart to select your flavor/scent/color.

4. On the product information page, you read more about the product to help you decide whether or not you would like to buy it. If you click Add to Cart, the item will be added to your Cart and the number of items will be updated accordingly.

5. Clicking on will show you a list of all the products you have Add to Cart. You can change the Quantity or Remove the item, xClose to continue shopping, or Checkout to confirm and pay for your order. Quick Shop allows you to key in a product SKU number and add it to cart immediately.

6. Clicking Checkout will show you your shopping Cart in detail. Here you have the option to Purchase using your Lifetime VIP membership, if you have earned LVIP Ringgit Malaysia. Or you can proceed and click Continue Checkout.

7. At the Checkout: Review and Continue to Secure Checkout page, you can change your shipping address (only within Malaysia – you cannot ship an order overseas), then click Secure Checkout.

8. Click on Continue with payment.

9. You will be taken to the Secure ePayment webpage. Proceed to pay like you would do with any online purchase.
