Please read first

(１) From 2013, all faculties are introducing a system for submitting grades online via the

portal site of Chuo University, C plus. This system enables each teacher to enter students’

grades into the C plus system instead of handing in printed grade sheets.

(２) To access C plus, a personal ID and password are required. If you have forgotten or lost

your personal ID and password, they can be re-issued at the Tama IT Center (Building 2, 2nd

floor) or the Korakuen IT center (4th floor, building No3).

(３) System Requirements are as follows. Other types are not guaranteed to work successfully.

(４) When you use this system, please pay attention to the following basic security measures:

○ Protect your ID/Password

○ Use virus security software

○ Do not access C plus from public places (e.g. Internet cafes)

２．Entering grades

Select course The list of all your courses will appear.

Please select a course and click “採点” (saiten).

Enter the grade

① Please check the student numbers and names, and then enter each of their letter

grades (A～F) for all the Faculties excluding Faculty of Science and Engineering .

For Faculty of Science and Engineering, enter each of their numerical

scores (100～000 of F).

※Twenty-five students are displayed per page.

② After entering all grades/scores, please click “仮登録” (karitouroku) to save the

grades/scores in the system.

３．Changing grades

How to correct a grade/score

If you want to change a grade/score, please click “訂正” (teisei=correction) for each

grade/score you wish to change.

To make the correction

Please click “訂正” (teisei). The grade/score will be deleted at once.

４．Verifying and saving grades/scores

How to print grade/score sheets or save them as data

When you finish entering grades/scores for all courses, you can print out the grade sheets or

save them as data for your reference.To start, please click “Web採点確認表” menu.

How to select the semester

Please select first or second semester and then click “検索” (kensaku=search).

After you see “正常終了” (seijyou syuuryou = process completed), please click

“MarkBook****.pdf”. If “正常終了” does not appear, please click “更新” (koushin = renew).

courses and save them as a pdf or printed document. You do not need to hand in

the grade sheets.

５．Supplement：Procedure for additional grade sheets Preparing additional grade sheets “採点追加登録票”

Some students may not appear on your original grade sheets. In such a case,

you need to make a grade sheet for the students who do not appear.

Please click “採点追加登録票” (saiten tsuika touroku = additional grade sheets)

menu on the top page.

Please print out this additional grade sheet “採点追加登録票” (saiten tuika touroku

hyou = the additional grade sheet) and then fill in the necessary information.

Then please hand the additional grade sheet in to the office, either by hand or by post.
