SYLLABUS FSP 105 : Forensic Graphology

Course objective :

Our foundation course has numerous illustrations, practical activities, exercises and thought-

provoking questions to lead you through the basics of handwriting analysis. You can check your

progress with tutor marked assignments and an end of course examination but there are no

formal, timed examinations.

You will learn :

Ø To observe handwriting from many angles and examine individual features.

Ø To recognise and identify signs in handwriting and relate them to personality traits.

Ø To identify unconscious forces which affect your own thoughts and feelings.

Ø To gain insight into why people think and act as they do.

Course Syllabus :

Module I:- Forensic Graphology

Ø Introduction, History, and Basic Knowledge of Graphology.

Module II:- Aspects of Graphology in investigation

Ø Attitudes to work and job selection

Ø Communication and social interaction

Module III:- Aspects of Graphology in Psychology

Ø Psychological Theories of Personality as applied to Graphology,

Ø National Style Characteristics, Study of Slant, Alignment, Size, Pressure, Speed,

Stroke, Structure, Angle etc.

Ø Criminality in handwriting

Ø Fears and defences
