Monday 21 September

Foost Kids Cooking Yogurt Pretzels with Chia Jam10-10:45am Suitable for all ages (younger children may need some help).

Gather your ingredients and join this live cooking class with the Foost Colourful Chef via Zoom. Make some yummy yogurt pretzels with chia jam for morning tea!

The link and a list of ingredients and equipment required will be sent to you before the event (and you can easily substitute ingredients for what you have or for any allergies or intolerances).

Play Minecraft on a private Realm just for Kingston Library members aged 8-12. Socialise, build and explore with challenges, free building and minigames. Limited places. This is a live online activity.

A link to join the Realm will be emailed to you. Please make sure you provide your Xbox Live gamertag so we can verify you.

Please don’t share the links to online events as there are limited places available in most cases.

Learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons - a fantasy tabletop role-playing game. It’s time for an adventure!

Wooden Wind Chimes

Use paint, Textas, stickers, or glitter from home to decorate your own wind chimes! Tie on the chimes and hang it where it can catch the breeze to enjoy the gentle tinkling sound.

Dream Catcher Craft

This kit includes all you need to create a small natural dream catcher. You will need some PVA glue and scissors from home to complete this craft.

Illustration Workshop with Sarah Howell11-12noon Ideal for ages 8-14

Meet illustrator Sarah Howell and learn how to draw. Sarah is a comic and graphic novel artist and she’s going to share some tips with you in this online workshop.

You’ll need pencils and paper to join in.

This workshop will be presented online via Zoom. A link to join the workshop will be emailed to you after you have booked in to the event.

Kids Cook Dinner with Foost – Fish and Colourful Chips 4-5pm Suitable for all ages (younger children may need some help).

Gather your ingredients and join this live cooking class with the Foost Colourful Chef via Zoom. Get the kids to make your family some yummy and healthy fish and chips for dinner.

Felt Animal Bag Tag

Create an adorable animal bag tag for the perfect accessory for your school bag! Simply stitch around the pre-punched felt, stuff with wadding and decorate with the included embellishments. Includes everything you need including a blunt tip sewing needle. You will receive a random selection of one of the available animal designs.
