Process Description:

Admin Registers all the couriers Area wise sorting of courier

Employees deliver couriers area wise by road

After delivery employee takes sign of customer for

delivery confirmation If the courier is not delivered the courier is taken

back to office by employees

Customer comes to the Professional Courier office

Gives details of the order like

•Details of customer

•Package detail

•Source and destination



Receptionist Takes detail of Customer and order

and generate bill

All courier packages are sorted area wise

Then send all couriers to the headoffice

From headoffice all couriers send to destinationheadoffice
