A collection of memories shared by donor families
2016
Charles William Adams, Jr. December 21, 2015
Charles Wiliam Adams, Jr was a wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He
definitely loved his family, just like he loved the Lord. He was caring and tentative. He loved
detailing cars and working in the yard. He was a blessing to many people with his giving, caring, and
cooking. He will be forever loved and missed.
Fabena Almond June 25, 2015
A loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. A gifted singer who sang with her
husband in the nursing home ministry. She would walk in the nursing home and encourage and
brighten their day. She loved her church and those in her Sunday School class. She touched many people’s lives that she didn't know about. She
wanted to help people and even when God took her home she was still helping others.
She is missed. But we know where she is.
Almeco Fateet Anderson July 18, 2015
Terence L. Bowen, Jr. May 7, 2015
Terence “Spook” Bowen was an upcoming, aspiring
songwriter and rap artist who loved people and believed in standing up for what was right. In doing
so, he also loved his country and joined the Air Force Reserve to help others serve and protect.
Riley Ann Bradley December 29, 2015
Riley was full of joy, happy, playful, and loving child. Hit by a hit and run driver. We miss her so much. She will love in our hearts forever. Twenty-one months of
love we shared with her. She is dancing in heaven with the angels now. God blessed us during the time we had
her here on earth. We miss you, Riley.

Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, friend. Our mom was very compassionate and had a smile that would brighten up any room. Even after she was
called home, she still managed to help others! Heaven gained an angel!
Vance Augustus CagleDecember 13, 2015
Papa Gus was just a name but he meant so much more from his funny sayings, “cow juice” and “yard bird” to the stories he
told. He always made you laugh. Papa was a wonderful man, who would do for anyone. Your heart was made of kindness, a soul that always smiled. Your love was abundant and helped us
through hard times. We look into heaven hoping to see your wings with yellow butterflies around and we hear those angels
sing.
We will always love you. You will never be forgotten. You will always live within. We know you are happy now. Loving
you forever.
Edmund “Ned” CampionApril 5, 2015
“Ned”
How do you describe one incredible and loving man in 100 words! He was a man who loved his family, his friends, and his God He was generous, kind,
compassionate, and humble. He listened to and respected everyone, a gift that was returned to him a hundredfold!
Above all, he treasured his family. A father could not have been more proud of his sons and the loving families that they crated. He truly taught my example and it’s a
precious gift to see that love shine through our children and grandchildren
Thank you, Ned Campion, for the gift of you!
Stanley Siquan ClarkeDecember 3, 2015

Robert M. Cochran, Jr.(Bob)
September 17, 2015
Bob was my devoted and loving husband for 45 years, my best friend and soul mate. Proud father of our three sons and their
families! Expressed by our sons…dad was always there when we needed him and could be counted on at any time, major challenges
or simply sharing a conversation. Timeless advice and thought giver. A quiet sensitive and sentimental man! A great man, many memories to share…peanut butter and jelly bean sandwiches, ice cream for breakfast when mom was out of town, taking us fishing
instead of going to school.
A Scout and Scouter
Proud member of the military
Charles L. CrouseMarch 26, 2015
With a larger than life personality that lit up a room, Charles was often referred to as “Mr. Unforgettable.” His big smile and youthful spirit always lifted the atmosphere.
He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a wise man who recognized early on that
what matters most in life are relationships with family and friends. He leaves behind many cherished memories. His faith in God allowed him to live a life filled with joy
and hope. He possessed the knowledge that no matter what one is faced with in life, with God, ALL IS WELL!

Afterglow
I’d like the memory of me To be a happy one. I’d like
To leave an Afterglow of Smiles when day is done. I’d like to leave an echo… Whispering softly down the
Ways of happy times and Laughing times and bright And sunny days. I’d like
The tears of those who Grieve to dry before the Sun of happy memories
That I leave behind when Day is done.
My best friend and my love for 41 years.
Miss you very much.
Jimmy Allen Ebarb January 25, 2015
In loving memory of a son, brother and father who we love and miss so very much.
You’ll always be in our hearts.
TaMichael Evans, Jr. December 12, 2015
Not a day goes by that we don’t think about you. We miss you so much. You weren’t with us very long, but you taught us so much and gave us memories we will
cherish forever. We would give anything just to have you back to see your beautiful smile, and run our fingers
throw your curly hair, and hear your sweet laugh.
Until we see you again, just know Mommy and Daddy love you so much.
Claude Sylvester Fleming September 27, 2015
Claude Sylvester Fleming had an encounter with Christ that
compelled him to pour out to everyone he encountered moving in that indescribable gift of Christ spoken of in II
Corinthians 4:17, 18 – “For our light afflictions which is but for a moment works
for us far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we look not at the things which are seen but at the
things which are not seen for the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Tracy Leon Gaston July 19, 2015
Tracy Leon Gaston…Words synonymous with ‘selflessness’ – you gave so greatly yet rarely asked for anything in return. Even in your passing, someone else’s life has been impacted by your
generosity and care. This song speaks directly to your life:
If I can help somebody, as I pass along, If I can cheer somebody with a word or song,
If I can show somebody, that they’re traveling wrong, Then my living will not be in vain.
Missed Today…Loved Always
Your Family and Friends

Very caring soul who would walk a mile to give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back if he
thought you needed it!
David W. Goode, Sr.November 7, 2015
David Goode was an unforgettable man with a tough exterior and a heart of gold. He was a miner and a welder.
He loved fishing and shooting his guns. David was an expert grower of Brugmansia, or Angel Trumpet Flowers.
He loved his little dog, Trixie.
The days will always be brighter because he existed. The nights will always b darker because he’s gone.
And no matter what anybody says about grief, And about time healing all wounds, the truth is,
There are certain sorrows that never fade away until the heart stops beating and the last breath is taken.
Theodore GreerJanuary 24, 2015
Ted, I miss you so very much every day.
Your strong hands, your beautiful smile, your sense of humor and the unconditional love you had for me.

To be absent from the body Is to be present with the Lord.
Ryan Gerard Helder December 12, 2015
Ryan was a generous and loving young man, always willing to help others. He loved watching movies, playing video games, reading
mysteries, and listening to all kinds of music. Cooking had become a passion and he was beginning to master many culinary
skills. He loved dogs and had a strong bond with Bella, his beloved Cavashon, trained by him to be polite and well-mannered.

Loretta Efird Heun January 14, 2015
Gone but not forgotten.
Forever in our hearts.
Amie Hewitt September 2, 2015
Forever 18
Lost without your beautiful smile, infectious laughter and heartfelt hugs. Always smiling, wide open and ready to tackle anything and everything. Amie lived life
fervently, always ready for the next adventure. Her passion for life was contagious, and influenced so many to do their best to achieve the’ impossible’
fearlessly. Amie never questioned the need to be a donor. Donating blood during blood drives.Listing herself as a donor on her license was something she was
incredibly proud of. She would be amazed to know that her choice impacted the lives of four recipients, their families and friends, her kidneys, pancreas, liver and heart. An incredible feeling to know that she lives on. I pray that her zest for life
has been passed on. Amie’s memory is precious and she continues to live life through others –
Forever in our hearts and Forever 18.

My beloved husband, best friend and soulmate, Robert Jenkins, was kind, loving, and caring. To know him was to love him and everyone did. He loved to paint, work in the yard and mess with his truck. But most of all he loved God. I know he’s looking down from heaven and smiling that he could help someone to see. Although he might be
gone he will always be loved and missed.

When tomorrow starts without me,
Please try to understand that an angel came
and called my name. He took me by the hand
and said my place was ready in heaven above,
and that I would have to leave behind all those I dearly love.
So when tomorrow starts without me, do not think we’re far apart, every time you think of me
remember I’m right here in your heart.

Our son, Francis Devin Dagout Pham, was very smart, well-liked, and so intelligent. He was very loyal to his friends. He also had a very good heart. He helped his friends when his friends didn’t have a place to stay and when they didn’t have a ride to school or home. He always asked me to pick up his friends and take them home also. He was also a very
handsome young man.
We miss and love him so much.

Much loved husband, father, brother, son, and friend. An avid hunter and fisherman that loved anything to do with
the outdoors. Loved his daughters greatly and would brag at every opportunity on them. Worked hard and played hard. Was loved dearly by family and friends.
Taken too soon, but will never be forgotten.
My husband passed away unexpectedly after a short but content life. He was such an honorable & hard working man. I’m not sure I can really say just how much I miss him. Not only was he my soul mate & best friend: also a son, brother, father,
grandfather, uncle & brother in law, as well as a friend to many. Alonzo was my inspiration and my rock that stood by me through thick and thin. He supported and loved us all and was always there to give a helping to anyone
during their hardest times. He is in a better place now, Heaven with God.
I know he is looking down at us with a smile on his face.

Roaul Alan Yates May 4, 2015
“God’s not through with me yet!”.
This is how Roaul Yates explained his many escapes from death.
He believed in treating others the way you want to be treated. Roaul loved people. He enjoyed talking, laughing and cutting up with people from all walks of life. He seriously valued his
relationship with God, family, friends, and his Native American Heritage. Roaul would be delighted to know that two people now have the gift of sight and that many others will benefit.
Roaul Yates’ donations will continue to make his words true…. “God’s not through with me yet!”
