MOTION BY GARY JORDAN TO RECESS FOR TEN l\IfiNUTES, SECONDED BY SHIRLEY mLL.MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

For the Record, Don McLester, stated that GTC gave the Business Committee the directive of having a sevenmember board for the Investigative Task Force. Now your turning it over to a GTC which is a violation of thedirective of GTC. I'd like that so noted.

For the Record, Deborah Doxtator stated they've already been noted that the Task Force has a disagreement withus on the Agreement, that's why we're proceeding this way.

For the Record, Don McLester felt that had nothing to do with the appointment of the persons to this body.

For the Record, Deborah Doxtator stated according to the Agreement, when we were charged with breach fromyourselves, the entire Agreement goes back to the GTC. The Agreement states if either party alleges a breach, the matter will go back to the GTC and you have alleged a breach.
