The online e-stamping system for Andaman & Nicobar wouldfacilitate the general public to buy e-stamps upto a maximum ofRs.1000/- from their comfortable place at their convenient time. Thebasic requirement for online e-stamping is any handheld device withinternet connection and printer. The public may visit the websitewww.shcilestamp.com and login as guest or proceed to register. Client makes a one-time registration with basic details. A URLwill be sent to the registered mail id for activation which has to beactivated by the user. This user credentials can be used across allonline products of e-Stamping (non-judicial) and e-Court fee(judicial). The same user credentials are valid for all States/UTwherever online facility is available.In case of guest login, OTP will be sent to the mobile number forverification. After the registration, client will then enter all the details of thetransaction such as the name and address of the parties, considerationand stamp duty amount etc. On submission of these details, atransaction reference no. will be generated. Against this referenceno., the user has to make online payment through Net Banking orVISA Debit Card via payment gateway services. Once the payment is completed and successful, client is requiredto print the e-Stamp Certificate in A4 size plain paper. This citizen centric initiative would simply the procedure andstreamline the entire process. WHEREAS an amount of Rs.71,40,500.00 (Rupees Seventy One Lakh
Forty Thousand Five Hundred only) is outstanding against M/s Coastal Seaways
(Island) Pvt. Ltd., Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair towards port charges excluding
penalty charges for the period from 01st November,2018 to 24th March, 2021.
WHEREAS, despite notices served vide Notice No. 25/PMB/Rev./1029
dated 26th March, 2019, No. 075/MSO/PMB/2932 dated 01.10.2019, No.PMB/
MSO/1038/98 dated 10th January, 2020 and No.01/REV(VRC)/PMB/CSW/2591
dated 10.12.2020 to settle the outstanding dues M/s Coastal Seaways (Island)
Pvt. Ltd neither settled the outstanding dues nor responded.
WHEREAS failure in non-payment of the above outstanding dues by M/s
Coastal Seaways (Island) Pvt. Ltd., Port Blair made the Port Management Board
(PMB) to become a defaulter in deposit of GST money against the bills preferred
on M/s Coastal Seaways (Island) Pvt. Ltd, Port Blair.
WHEREAS M/s Coastal Seaways (Island) Pvt. Ltd failed to respond to the
notices and communications with regard to settlement of the long pending
outstanding dues as well as movement/shifting of their vessel MV Coastal Cruise.
WHEREAS M/s Coastal Seaways (Island) Pvt. Ltd also failed to produce
the valid P & I Insurance and deploy minimum crew on board and also failed to
comply any of the directives of the Port.
WHEREAS the vessel MV Coastal Cruise does not have valid P & I Insurance
and any crew on board and present state of above vessel is termed to be in
"abandoned condition".
NOW THEREFORE M/s Coastal Seaways (Island) Pvt. Ltd, Aberdeen
Bazar, Port Blair is called upon to settle the outstanding dues with accrued penalty
amount within 14 days from the date of issue of this Notice and or from the date
of publication in the "The Daily Telegrams"/Local News Paper failing which the
Security Deposit money held with PMB will be encashed and adjusted against the
outstanding dues and if the Security Deposit money is fell short of the outstanding
dues, port services will be stopped forthwith without any further notice or
intimation. Necessary legal action will be initiated to recover the outstanding
dues. Apart from the above, action will also be initiated for removal of the vessel
by invoking the provisions of Section 14 of the Indian Port Act, 1908.
